Ophiuchus, a thirteenth constellation that has suddenly taken hold of the media recently, is the zodiac sign based off of the Greek god of healing, Asclepius. This certain sign falls in between Scorpio and Sagittarius and is the sign of the Serpent Holder. The myth of Asclepius was that he helped a few baby snakes as a young man in Greece who then licked his ears so clean that he could hear the words of each creature on earth, producing him the greatest healer to ever live and making him a god who valued serpents. For those who fall under this smaller sign, they have the attributes of getting an interpreter, getting lucky and a seeker of peace, and often have a desire to help other people in either medicine or a further civil profession.
Ophiuchus has been there considering that the Babylonian era when the zodiac was initial officially nailed down, as it had been, but we've in no way given it any notice due to the fact the Babylonians aligned their zodiac along exactly where the sun fell in relation to the constellations. The window for Ophiuchus is only seven days, so thus was not included.
Turning on the news as the new year began has been intriguing, to say the least. Most commonly, astrology and horoscopes by no means make the headlines, but this year, items have been a small diverse. You might have heard about the recent rumors and buzz that you're suddenly not the sign of the zodiac that you have continually been linked with and feel connected to. Do not worry, although, simply because you are still the zodiac sign you have often been, but there is a reason everybody is concerned and nervous. It all has to do with a small-recognized, neglected astrological sign known as Ophiuchus.
If you are concerned that somehow your zodiac has changed and you will call for a new sign, instead remind yourself that you are exactly the same individual you had been yesterday. Only wiser.
The essential factor to note is that you have not changed by this new understanding, and neither has your sign. When the new zodiac sign will most most likely see some attention in the future as individuals begin to identify with the sign, the reality is that if you use the tropical zodiac, which is the Western zodiac we all adhere to, then you won't see the alter. Your sign is the very same and is fixed to the seasons, not the sun.
